  • Topic specific information (Each week we cover a different module.)
  • A deeper dive into the topic of your choice
  • A place to report / interact / ask questions – The more you interact, the more specific we can help you in your journey.

Step one – Choose which program is right for you.

Step two – Upon enrollment you will receive a health assessment and personal goal sheet. Simply fill these out and send back (text a photo or scan and email.)
*Your information is your own. You are never required to share. Your information will never be shared with anyone outside of the program. The more you share, the more you participate, the better we can help you, the higher your success!

Step three – Start the program. Receive weekly / daily emails with the information for each
week. Ask questions, share successes, share struggles. Weekly check-ins personalized for your goals.

Step four - At the conclusion of the program you will receive a health assessment and your goal sheet to review. You will have the option to continue to work towards your current goals or choose an additional topic to learn about.
